Olympus CC-1000 (1990)
In 1990 Olympus came up with another prototype digital camera, the Olympus IC Card Camera CC-1000. This camera beared a lot of resemblance with the VC-100 still video camera and probably used parts of it. By using data-compression "techniques" the camera could store some 29 to 52 images on that same special IC card. No further information available. The camera was not marketed.
