The Premier DC-300 was a beginners digital camera and basic OEM model for a lot of different companies. It was made in Taiwan by Premier Image Technology. It was basic entry-level digital camera with just enough features to take pictures and review them on a TV set. Nothing fancy.
Premier and Pretec merged on 2000-05-15 by the way.
