Rekam Di-800XL (1999)

As you can read from different entries, Rekam was a canadian company that manufactured electronic products for consumer in the former Eastern Bloc. It is entirely unsure whether Rekam sold some models, none or all of them. All I know is that Rekam had a contest in 2002 and raffled off some of their digital cameras. Among them was this model here, the Di-800XL. A Pretec DC-800 clone. They even featured a photo of the proud winner, holding the digital camera in his hand, on the russian Rekam website. Since this model already had USB connectivity it could not have been marketed before 1999.
