The development of this prototype is covered in the History section. Please refer to that section for details. Apart from that the camera could store 10 images on a 2MB SRAM card and in the near future it was intended to use a compression method of 1:8 so that up to 40 images could be stored. The original press release states that images could be played back by means of an exclusive player and there was talk of a video printer. Also the camera was able to store voice or sound simultaneously and the camera was referred to as a
'Future Electronic Still Camera'.
